Randeep Kaur, having in excess of 15 years of recruitment agency business management experience, heads DTC Global. Well-recognized throughout the recruitment industry, Randeep enjoys a long-standing reputation for providing extremely high standards of service. Worked with various Multi-National Companies offering both consulting and recruitment functions. Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams of varying sizes and complex programs of work. Having the ability to manage and build strong relationships with hiring managers and ensure the right caliber of individuals are selected for the business. She started this business in India in 2002 with the name “Deep Trainers and Consultants” and later expanded this to the UK.
She works to increase awareness about road safety and takes free education sessions for drivers, pedestrians, and other road users. She worked for the Institute of Road Safety and Education and helped them get Prince Michael International Road Safety Awards (PMIRSA) for the year 2002.
She has a degree in M.Tech Urban Planning and PG Diploma in Ecology and Environment.
